INITIAL CONTACT
You reach out to us via Instagram, Facebook, email, or phone. We listen to your ideas, needs, and the type of product you want customized (shirts, jackets, candles, etc.).
PERSONALIZED QUOTE
Based on the details (quantity, garment type, colors, print method), we provide a clear and customized quote. 💡 Design work begins only after the quote is approved.
DESIGN & VISUAL PROPOSAL
Once the quote is approved, our creative team gets to work on your digital design. 🔁 Includes up to 2 revisions to make sure everything reflects your vision.
CLIENT APPROVAL
You review the final design and approve it in writing (via message or email). ✅ We only move forward with approved designs to avoid errors and ensure your satisfaction.
PRODUCTION
We begin printing and customizing your products using professional equipment (Cricut, sublimation, or DTF). ⏳ Estimated turnaround time: 3 to 5 business days, depending on the order size and technique.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY
We carefully package your order and get it ready for pickup or shipping. 📦 Local delivery available in Myrtle Beach or shipping across the U.S. You can also pick up your order directly from our studio.
